From instrument and heirloom quality wood, to flitches, cants, turning stock and picture frame moulding, our mill can supply every need in custom cut Koa.

1/4 sawn instrument quality wood

Luthier clients and furniture makers from around the world repeatedly come back to us for our high quality 1/4 sawn tone wood, available in plain grain or limited AA curl.

Live sawn (through and through) lumber sets

This European style of cutting is highly desired by furniture makers whereby we slice through the log top to bottom, leaving the log intact as a set. The end result
is a wide range cuts from matching wood.

Cants & flitches

Custom cut cants and flitches are available in plain grain and limited AA curl. These can rang from small blocks for instrument work or shop sawn veneer to 8ft plus veneer cants for production slicing.

Bowl stock / turning blanks

Bowl stock and turning blanks are available in all sizes including hard to source outsized bowl stock

Mixed Grade 4/4 & 8/8
We can provide pallet shipments of random width and length 4/4 & 8/8 at a competitive b/f price. Shorts range from 3-5ft and select FAS and furniture grade range from 6-13ft.
